2nd round interview
I have a 2nd round interview tomorrow at a consulting gig, doing sales and research work. First went well, I impressed them and they felt I'd be a good fit.
Couple of thoughts: 1) When they emailed me to arrange the interview for the second time, they were much more informal by their language. Is that a good sign to take?
2) What kind of questions usually are asked in a second round?
3) I've established i know about the firm, what other research do you guys recommend?
Thanks guys.
Consulting gig? Bro ur in a banker forum.
Yeah, I know. No biggie, just wanted some thoughts. Any suggestions?
1) Don't read into it too much... 2) They should probably give you some guidance, but if not, I'd assume the interview will be similar to the first round. Maybe more personality/fit questions, if you didn't get those in the first round. 3) Read more cases? Get a good night's sleep, not so much value in cramming in my opinion. Maybe go over how you're going to clearly and convincingly explain your interest in this specific role/firm.
