Advice Needed - Working for the past three years as an analyst

I have been working for the past three years as an analyst and I cant stand my job anymore....the job is boring, I'm becoming complacent, and it is in a field I don't want to be in. The kicker is I received a promotion and they pay for my MBA in full, so if you were me would you a.) suck it up and stay and get my mba part time in 3 years since I wont pay a dime then bounce (although I have to stay a year after completion), b) switch jobs and go part-time and hopefully they will contribute, or c.) just go full time and pay out of pocket. Appreciate the help guys....

Depends on how much longer you'd have to work there (i.e. the time span from now to when you enroll in b-school) if you were to take them up on the MBA offer and how much you absolutely despise your job.

Do some soul searching as you're the only one who can ultimately make the right choice.

But since you want some opinions/advice, I would suck it up and let them pay for my MBA and then bounce after the 1-year post-MBA contract.
