Anyone accept a role with a company in potential acquisition discussions?
So I was recently offered a position for another company with upgrade in both title and comp. I have been thinking very hard about accepting, I'm hesitant because the company is in the midst of a hostile takeover. With the potential that it could be acquired, its making me a little nervous about accepting (it would require me to relocate).
Has anyone ever accepted a role when the company they would be working for was in the midst of an acquisition or similar situation?
