Just curious.. what are the average of Analyst when finish they programs...

Also Assoicates.. When they Start their program..

If you are an expereince hire ... is too old to be a 24-25 year old Analyst?

Judging by your comment about 24-25 being too old, I am assuming that you mean average age of analysts. If you figure that the average student graduates College at the age of 22, then at the end of a 2 year stint, the analyst will be 24, and those finishing their third-year positions will be 25. Of course, there are many who are younger when they graduate, and assuming that those entering I-banking are on average more likely to be younger than 22, rather than older, when they graduate college among those who deviate, then your average age should be just slightly below those figures above.

I wouldn't know about 24-25 being too old, as I have no experience, but I have heard of people who entered the job market in accounting and switched over to I-banking as analysts. My guess, however, is that most analysts that are older most likely served in the military.
