Baird Summer 2020

Hey everyone! So I'm getting ready for a phone interview (prescreen or 1st round maybe?) with Baird for 2020 SA position. From everything I've read on WSO and other forums Baird seems like a great place to start. Anyone else in the 2020 SA interview process? How are the questions/case study this year? Sorry if I'm beating a dead tree...

Brief update: Had a behavioral and background chat. Spoke for 30 minutes and was told that canidates would here back about Superday. I guess Superday is in April, but didn't ask if it was April '19 or '20.

I mean I know Investment Banks start recruiting early but to have the entire process end an endure year prior to starting?...

Scheduling my 2nd round for next week. Anyone having theirs today, or having one tomorrow? I imagine this will be a technical interview...but could be wrong.

When they asked, I told them that I didn't have a preference regarding office location. Just had my second phone screen and can confirm that Baird is REALLY focusing on Culture fit with these phone interviews. Resume run through and why MM, why Baird and why IB.

Yes. I called Baird Travel, and the individual on the other end hooked it up in a matter of minutes. Flying out tonight and arriving around midnight so I won't make the dinner, unfortunately.

Not sure. I interviewed with both offices and when asked I didn't have a preference. Have you sent any emails? Communicate with your interviewers and touch base with them even if its to see where you can improve. Who knows, this could just be an early super day, they could have one later on after summer 2019 but I truly don't know. Keep the head held high though. You got this far...

Friend of mine got an offer from Baird after going to the last minute superday two days ago

Do you guys know if the superdays were the only ones happening? I applied a few days ago and want to know if it is worth following up with contacts or bail.

My Brother. My Captain. My King.

Probably because you applied too late. I had my first round w/ DC yesterday
