At least for post IBD analyst / associate roles it's very similar to standard PE interviews. Typical "walk me through an LBO" and more generic "how do you think about investing" type questions. They like to talk about how they can invest in whatever part of the capital structure offers the best risk/reward balance so mentioning that would probably be a positive.
Several rounds of 30 min interviews in person after receiving notice for the superday. Everyone are very nice and easy to talk to. Questions are a mix of fit and basic real estate concepts. One of the interview questions is: Why might you want to invest in a project with a lower IRR?
