CFA vs MSRE/D
Hey Guys,
A little bit about me. I went to a non target school 3.2 GPA, Finance, was in the investment club blah blah blah.
I am currently in Land Acquisitions for a large hombuilder and I specifically focus on the suburban side. I am looking to further my knowledge and my career after gaining 2-3 years at my current position. I figured I would ask the forum for their opinion on pursuing the CFA or doing an MSRE/D (after the 2-3 years at my current position)? If I did the CFA I would obviously start the prgram while here. I also think this would help other young career driven individuals in the business like myself looking for some guidance. I've considered both but doubt I would need both to get to where I want to go. My goal is to work on at a large fund / company that focuses on ground up development or Value - add.
