Chinglesh... "man and wife lung slice"
The image on Olafenizer's post reminded me of this site and I had to post, too funny. For anyone that has been to china this will bring back good memories :)
LOL at the deformed man toilet and "fall down carefully". for the record thou "man and wife lung slice" really is the literal translation of a popular appetizer's Chinese name, except the actual ingredients of this particular Chinese (Sichuan) delicacy does not involve lungs, or any other internal organs for that matter:

Next time you go to a Sichuan restaurant, such as the Grand Sichuan chain in NYC, ask the waiter "Can I have a slice of man and wife lung with brown rice on the side" and see how they react.
