CRA pay and advancement?

Hello all, I was just wondering how CRA's pay and advancement looked like. Specifically Moody's. Everyone always keeps warning me that pay is absymally low at these types of places but glassdoor doesn't seem too bad, 60k at starting and then going up to around 100k after a few years, unless I am seeing something wrong? Is it just that advancement is too slow? How would advancement work if you started at the associate analyst III level, how long to get to analyst or AVP?
