Credit Suisse, Deutsche
What does everyone think of Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank in light of what is going on right now?
Do you think CS and DB will be able to weather the storm? Why or why not?
I think they should be fine. Both have large retail operations in Switzerland and Germany so access to cheap financing. Independant I-banks are the ones to worry about, the whole model is at risk now.
UBS, Credit Suisse, and Deutsche Bank look ok for now.
