Earnest Partners?

I am in Atlanta, and am looking to make a career move from retail to some sort of analyst role, with the intention of going to b school in a few years.

I came across Earnest Partners, and was wondering if anyone has any info on them?

I am in Atlanta, and would like to stay here, and they are based in Atlanta. Their site says they advise over 20 Billion in investment products and are one of the largest private owned asset mgt firms...

I was thinking of trying to get an ib analyst role...what would the benefits be of going with an AM analyst role?
