E&Y FSO Enterprise Intelligence

I'm in the interview process for a Senior Consultant position in FSO Enterprise Intelligence position in NYC. I am pretty confident that I am getting the job. However I am more interested in getting some info on what you guys know about that group. Hows the group? good opportunity for growth? how are salary and bonus compared to market? overstaffed or understaffed teams? Seniors treated like Seniors or is it a BS title? etc. Trying to get a better understanding than what I am hearing in the interviews because I always feel like people are blowing smoke and trying to shmooze too hard. E&Y reached out to me ( I never applied or considered leaving, but if the price is right and opportunity exists than I would consider it)
