Short answer: no. Long answer: no, but it depends. Germany has great public schools (Mannheim, LMU Munich, Muenster, Cologne and Goethe being the cream of the crop) and good private schools (WHU; HHL) two second tier private schools ( frankfurt and EBS) and a lot of very very very bad private schools. I guess frankfurt school does okay in finance but you probably will have a tough time getting any consulting gigs out of their programms... With WHU, if you decide to go private, you get better finance recruiting but also better recruiting for consulting and corporate gigs... That all being as it is, most german companies will not care where you graduated.

As far as europe goes, frankfurts programms are way behind LSE; HEC ; ST GALLEN; Bocconi etc....

Can't say for whole Europe/London but good target school for Frankfurt as long as you speak the language and get top grades

Second this. Should give you a good chance at breaking into IB in Frankfurt, but other than (like at London) not really a target at all.

thanks, do u mean that if speak German well then i have strong chances to get a job in Frankfurt, another is the reputation of FS , can please elaborate on it, i mean do big names in finance consider FS guys for IB positions or any other prestigious positions

it's a decent school if you want to work in frankfurt and german speaking countries.
