FT Partners - Honest Opinion?
I am super interested in the fintech/crypto space and it would be awesome to work close with VCs instead of PE, but it really does seem like people on here shit on it for its culture and lack of modeling experience. Plus the burnout seems to be more intense than any other banks. What are y'alls genuine thoughts on pursuing this bank?
