Fulfillment Center Cap Rates?
Anyone know where I can get cap rates and/or square foot rental rates for fulfillment centers and other types of industrial real estate?

C&W publishes a lot of reports with cap rates. I'm sure you can find something there, not sure how specific you'll get in terms of fulfillment center data

Korpacz or whatever you have now. Plus any of the appraisal firms CBRE, IRR or Cushman should have surveys available. I think Cushman's are usually the least in-depth so they may not publish specifics for fulfillment centers. Check public REITs for their conference calls and financials.
I read a CBRE Cap Rate survey every quarter which is pretty good. I also believe they have that info on their site if you signup
Thanks. Still haven't found anything specific. I guess I will just take the low end of the range from a local industrial report.
