So... if you did your summer at BofA or ML and got a full time offer... what are the odds of keeping it?
I would think the groups that BofA is strong in like HC and Debt would be eliminated from ML....
anyone have insight on this?

Yeah hopefully it is still secure as there is very little overlap between ML and BoA. BoA securities is very weak compared to ML.
It is too early to tell. I'm almost positive there will be some overlap and both companies will lay-off many, many employees.
Merrill's Global Private Client might see some offers revoked because even though they have an ungodly number of brokers, Bank of America acquired U.S. Trust and its army of wealth advisors not too long ago. This only added to the exisiting Bank of America wealth management unit.
