Well... about 98% of people who make these types of posts don't get offers, so I'd say you have about a 2% chance of getting an offer.

brisbaneJesus fucking christ, since when did a 3.7 become a "problem?"
"Oh - the ladies ever tell you that you look like a fucking optical illusion?"

it's the market...give it a shot and see. However, be prepard for the worst and keep your options open to other avenues. There are other was to get to BB...trust me on this.

The sophomore programs are ridiculously difficult unless you are an under represented minority (most of the programs are targeted to them). This year they were even more competetive than usual. I wouldn't bet on getting them even if your GPA was 3.9 .

Start networking now. I have a 3.0/Varsity Athlete at a semi-target and was able to land an internship working for the internal hedge fund of an AM firm. I hope to raise the GPA to 3.1/3.2 by next summer and hopefully the BB S&T/IDB guys give me a shot.

to all that have posted regarding gpa, here is my 2 cents. I am no expert, but this is what I have found:

if you have above a 3.5, that is really all that matters. BB will look at anything over 3.5, and once they do, if you have good EC's then you will be fine. Again, once you have the interview, all that matters really is EC's, because that is all you talk about. What is the ratio of questions asked about EC's vs. those about gpa? Probably something like 100:1. In fact, beyond round 1, in my experience GPA doesnt really matter. So, get above a 3.5, do solid EC's and you will be fine.
