Help in valuating BLK, V, and TRV.

Hello everyone!

I need to do a valuation for my investment fund class in college of BLK, V and TRV.

I was wondering if anyone could indicate to me which are the correct drivers for balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow projections.

I also am not too sure on weather to use DCF, Dividend Discount, or Residual Income as my intrinsic valuation.

I have taken a modeling class and could figure out everything else on my own, I just need to be guided in the right direction.

Any help is greatly appreciated since my overall grade greatly depends on these three valuations :).

Thanks in advance!
