Hey guys, any suggestions would be appreciated. I go to a non-target and I am graduating in 4.5 years and not 4 (originally a engineer major for 1.5 years before switching over to finance)
Do I talk too much about my current work experience?

Cheers!
Forgot to mention, I hope to get an IBD SA position.

I take the lack of advice means my resume is good enough?
Take out high school. I
Take out high school. I really do hope that you have your high school diploma.
I don't like how you formatted the dates (how it flows through 2 lines). Also if you're goign to do that, you need to be consistent (look at work exp vs. leadership/activities).
I personally think that 'integral member' is being a bit cocky. And if you truly are an integral member, then I start to question how legit of a place you are working at. Also, if you are an integral member, put down some deal experience to talk about.
I understand that your most recent experience is up the present, but I personally like it to be all past tense. Also, bullet point 4 on your mostrecent says "Create an apartment database [...]". That just sounds awkward. You created it? You are creating? Every day you create? Do you truly mean update instead of create?
Having DCF and IRR on your experience will lead to harder technical questions. Make sure you know what you're talking about and also have examples through deals that you've worked on.
