Help to look at this company, will the experiences helpful?

The company called itself a private equity finance co. But I found out that they are actually doing cash advances to people in the trouble of litigation, or cash advances to small business owners. I'm applying for an accounting position, the position itself is very low-pay. I do not have any prior experiences in financial services industry, but would love to go to a hedge fund or a PE firm if there is a chance in the future. Not sure the experiences at this company would help for the future chance to get into a real hedge fund or a PE firm, preferrably somewhere on the wall street.

Right now, I do have an accounting job in a non-financial services industry, pay is low as well, but actually higher than this offer, not sure I should take the offer or just stay where I'm now and keep looking around.

Unlikely, this place basically sounds like a loan shark. You'd be better off spending your summer (I assume you're still young) to have some kind of awesome experience (hike the Rockies, volunteer in New Orleans, etc) that you can talk about in interviews. Everything about this company screams "payday loans".
