How much do you guys squat?
I’m inquisitive on how much you guys squat? I am finding it really difficult to increase my squat weight probably due to lack of sleep. My current squat is 580lbs at 12 reps. I usually hit the gym in the morning at around 6am for about 2 hours and then get into the office at 9am. I probably am over lifting as well and should have more of a balance.
