I can't really say since I don't know you personally. There are people in the world and on this forum that are unstoppable forces that would be able to break into IB with a 2.0 GPA in community college and there are other who would not be able to break into IB with a 3.8 GPA at Harvard. If it makes you feel any better, I finished my freshman year at a semi-target with a 2.8 GPA as well as other personal and academic issues and I recently graduated with a 3.6 GPA and will be working at a top MM IB full time. Turning it around is always possible but depends on how resilient you are.
