How to get a job at a BB bank?

I just finished an internship as a summer analyst at Goldman Sachs. My manager gave me what I thought for the most part were pretty good reviews.

First Review : I need to work on being more passionate about the work I was doing.

Second Review(Mid point of the internship) : My manager said that I have improved in showing passion. I demonstrated good technical/coding skills and was able to finish projects. He also said that I showed leadership and interest in my projects. He also said that I needed to work on seeing my projects holistically. Oftentimes I would focus a little too much on one portion of the project and not look at the big picture.

Final Review : My manger asked what kind of application developer can I see myself being and replied saying that I would like to be an application developer who is very well versed in planning out designs b/c I want to I like to give a lot of thought to software that I develop as opposed to just creating whatever I am being told to create. Then he asked me how I've made an impact and I said that
1 . I brought diversity to their team. I'm from West Africa and I have different culture values and perspectives on life and I believe there is always something good that you can learn from each and every culture.

2. I made a very tangible impact by actually completing the projects that were assigned to me. By completing the projects, I made my manger's job easier b/c he has less work to do by providing his team stop to leverage , I demonstrated discipline, and ultimately showed that I take pride in my work. I like to finish anything that I start.

3. I showed a great degree of interest in the firm and the projects that the team does. I often asked questions projects that the team did prior to my internship. I asked about how to learn the languages that they code in. I asked why the team used certain languages and design schemes and other questions of this nature.

My manager told me that he agreed with me on all of those points. He also said that my questions have shown that I've been giving my work a lot of thought. He then recommended that I think outside the box more and be a little bit more creative. I thought to myself, that's cliche.

Unfortunately, I received a call a week later and was informed that I will not receive a full-time offer. I was disappointed b/c most of my reviews seemed positive and I really liked the culture of the firm, well, the portions of the culture that I was exposed to. I doubt that anyone here can tell me why I didn't get an offer but I was just wondering what I can do to work for other BB banks upon graduation. I'm a rising senior who's studying Computer Science and I have a rather low gpa(2.8), so I was really hoping for the full-time offer. What should I do? I'd really like to work for a BB bank once again. I like what I've read/experienced first hand about them.

I'm diverse, please give me a job.

What kind of job you need ??

I like to doing work.

I don't think you should ask for more feedback as you seem to have already received good feedback that you can act upon. Apply elsewhere - GS is not the only company out there - and move on.
