HSBC Private Bank v.s. Fidelity Sales
Dear All,
I recently received two offers (HSBC Private Bank and Fidelity Sales) and both are graduate analyst program in HK.
To be honest, I'm not quite sure about my long term career, but I always want to do some client-facing role with technical skills.
Comparison
HSBC PB
- The connections with HNWI could help a lot when I want to have my own business in the future.
- Could also become an investment/product specialist with more niche skills in certain solution.
- HSBC pays a bit better than F.
Fidelity Sales
- Flexibility in different Sales and Product Team.
- Build up solid AM Sales skills and may be easy to move to other AM firms in the future.
- Good work life balance.
Any suggestions are welcome, Thanks!
