I need serious advice

So I have been applying around and I got a couple of interviews but they are just so obscure. I have no idea why these people pick me for these positions. And at the same time I have no luck with positions I believe my experience is more suited for. I am confused and I am really tired of people telling me, after looking at my resume, that it is good and I will get the interview. There is definitely something wrong about the way I am selling myself with this resume but I can’t figure it out. I was wondering if someone here, who is not in college and preferably is very critical can give me an advice or take a pick at my resume. I know everyone is busy but I really need one critical and honest opinion.

Some of the things you have to consider, in addition to the format / layout of your resume, are your school (targeted business school vs. nontargeted) and the jobs you're applying to.

I assume you're applying to an IBD analyst position?
