Cushman & Wakefield and NAI Global place a lot higher than I would have guessed, but good for them. CBRE, Eastdil, Colliers, HFF, and JLL are all expected. Neat seeing some smaller/lesser firms batting with the heavyweights too.
Anyhow, this is good to know if you're looking to get into industrial sales and leasing.
Market research firm Real Capital Analytics has released a national industrial report listing the top brokerage firms for industrial investment sales during first-quarter 2013. The report also ranks the top 15 brokerage firms (divided into flex, warehouse and all industrial) by number of properties, the top 25 (also divided into flex, warehouse and industrial) by investment volume and the top five firms by region.
