Insurance Asset Management Compensation
Hey everybody. I'm curious if anyone has any insights into working as a mid-level research/portfolio management employee (4-5 years of total work experience) for a F500 insurance company's Asset Management arm in terms of compensation. The group manages a good amount of retail AUM plus the general account for the insurance co.
I know it can be tough to get compensation info but curious if anyone has any ballpark figures.
