GS is horrific.
BC in the past has had a decent conversion rate, being as high as 60%. Much better than securities at GS.
Barclays was bad this past summer.
This was true on both sides of the pond. In London, compared to last year the conversion was a little gut wrenching.
In reality, there will always be desks with headcount at both banks. Its about trying to hone in on the ones that do have it.
I think you should go Barclays. Because they're cooler than you
