IT consulting (big 4) vs local no travel client job - pls help me choose

Hi folks,

I need some input from the pros here.

I need to choose between two offers.

1) IT (operations) consulting with a big 4 firm - Mon-Thu travel with Fri local office or work from home. Base around 100 with X% bonus per month (yes!). (although bonus is vested over 5 yrs) Not so great 401K I guess that would bring total comp > 180 (in hand only 100, rest in a plan)

2) End client (no travel) PM job - regional co. - base 115 with 15% bonus per year. Excellent 401k Total would come to 132

Which one should I choose? More money total (less in hand) with travel VS less money total (more in hand) but no travel?

Thanks
