Alright, I know Piper gets ripped apart unmercifully here, but I would really appreciate some honest answers here. What I'm wondering is how their bonuses have been historically, particularly at the associate level. Is pay in line with other MM banks (Baird, William Blair, Harris Williams, etc.)? Does it vary much by office? How dependent is it on how your individual group performs? Any honest answers here would be much appreciated. It tough to do a search on this site to find real information on PJC because 99% of it is shit. Thanks in advance.
