Macquarie USA vacation time

Considering an offer to join Macquarie in NYC. I'm curious how many vacation days are allotted to a manager/sr assoc. I'm not comfortable asking the recruiter because i don't want to give the impression that i'm a slacker but it would help me decide if i want to leave my current job.

Anyone out there who works at macquarie and can answer this question?

20 work days

Vacation: 20 days
Sick days: 8 days
Personal days: 2 days

This is one of those just ask sort of questions, you won't look like a slacker. They enforce a minimum of 2 weeks annual leave (as in they harass you and actually let you take leave if you have it planned in advance). Additionally you will most likely work less weekends and be out of the office more for meetings. Macquarie likes to take everyone to meetings around the country.

when does it increase?

Does a Sr Mgr/VP get more days? Is it based on longevity?

Not that I'm aware of.

Not that I'm aware of. Annual leave accrues at about 1.5 days every months for everyone across the board.
