Mid Market Deal Flow
How does mid market private equity increase on-market deal flow? What does that process look like?
Is there some massive database out with all the mid-market investment bankers and you just call them all or somethign?
Not really sure what you are asking. However, a friend of mine who works at Harris Williams in Richmond has said that MM M&A did not slow down that much during the crisis/recession.
in different words: How can a mid market private equity firm increase the number of processes they participate in and number of banked deals they review?
