I am curious about the base and bonus generally offered at middle market banks in London for 1st year associate position...from what I know BB are between 60-65k GBP, what about middle market banks, is thit the same ? What about the bonus ?

that seems a bit low.
I know that it's above GBP 70k - (think HSBC, BarCap, RBS, DB, CS)
None of those are middle market. DB, BarCap and CS are clearly BBs in London.
Check out this survey by Michael Page for Fin Services in London. First year associate can be as low as GBP50K, and I suspect this is for lesser know advisory firms.
