If you sure your locality has
If you sure your locality has a "public urination" charge then yea but if not you could be fucked. In my locality, there is no such thing as public urination so you get charged with indecent exposure - or in other words, you get to register in the sex offender database. Tell me I'm wrong all you want but I worked for an attorney's office over winter break for a couple years and it happens.

Haha that's a public nuisance, don't sweat it.
just don't let it happen
just don't let it happen again. It it does, I believe you become a registered sex offender.

Public urination is treated differently in each state. In New Jersey and other states, it may be treated as a crime of public indecency or worse, a sex crime. In New York, it is treated as either a misdemeanor or violation and if you are cited, you should definitely consult with an experienced lawyer to determine the best plan of action. In any event, pleading guilty and mailing in the summons is ALWAYS a bad idea.
Good luck!
