Need a definitive answer - Carlyle
Does anyone know FOR SURE whether Carlyle currently hires out of undergrad for its real estate practice in D.C. Ive heard yes and no. But I'd like to get an answer from someone for sure.

The answer is no. This is definitive. My friend works in the D.C. office in real estate. He was at a BB for a year before going to Carlyle. Good luck.
This doesn't mean the answer is no? You don't need to either hire exclusively from undergrads or not, as Blackstone PE recruits a handful of undergrads and the rest are from people already working. Or did he verbally confirm with you that they don't hire undergrads?
Maybe you should call them and ask. Wouldnt that work?
they would say no even if it was yes
No undergrads. No undergrad interns. No group other than real estate.
no group other than real estate what?
