New Fund Marketing materials

In your experience what is the best way to do a new fund teaser sheet to gauge interest to a portfolio managers. Some firms go whole hog with an OM or PPM plus large presentation deck, others with a single bland investment sheet, single pager no graphs charts pictures, and others(more rare) do a brochure type with a slick 2-3 page glossy with pictures, and more copy kind of on the promotional side and geared towards the portfolio manager. (they want an easy sell and high commission)

I am asking as I am looking at ways to cut down the funding time- LP raises are sitting at 24 months.

drawing on the vast group knowledge what has worked for you? Or have seen work well?
