Offer Evaluation | Capital One Corporate Strategy Associate vs. EY Parthenon vs. Strategy& vs. Growth Equity (Mid Tier)

Trying to decide between above offers. Long term goal is to enter product management, strategy in tech or venture investing. Also considering business school down the road. Would love perspective on how all these offers stack up for exit opps and Bschool.

Cap One Corp Strat: Guaranteed Comp 25% more than Parthenon first year & Established Path to Bschool
EY Parthenon: Middle of the pack compensation wise of the opportunities, worried about being competitive with MBB applicants for exits and Bschool
Strategy&: Lowest Comp and lot of uncertainty regarding cases mix and exit ops
Growth Equity: Similar Base to EYP / Cap One greater bonus potential, not sure about exit opps / Bschool

Capital One is a great company, and that Strategy group has a lot of Ivy league kids and other smart ones. I'd imagine that's the best name for applying to grad schools of the bunch, but if you're not entirely sold on financial services, then maybe look at the others.

if PE/VC is your goal then parthenon no doubt. Strategy& would give you the most variety but they also lose partners left and right to other firms for some reason. All 3 are great for B school. Cap one is amazing too.
