Offer from BB, second degree might not be finished as stated in resume.

I just received an offer from a BB in UK, for summer internship in S&T. I know they're doing background checks, and the thing is that I've stated that I expect to finish my second (minor) degree in math June of 2017. Although it seems that the Dean of the Math Faculty will fuck this up, not letting me doing some courses at the same time. Should I call HR and tell this, and so could this be interpreted as a lie, or wil they not care? The see that I've done my major degree, and around 45 - 52.5 ECTS in math till June 2017.
