Offer help - Top ranked MBA

Need some help deciding on offers. Biggest concern is top ranked MBA.

1) Fortune 1000 corporate development. Company is pretty active in M&A and I know that corp dev jobs are hard to get out of undergrad. My biggest concern is that while the company is established it is not a household name F100 or anything. How would B-schools feel about this?

2) Offer 2 is an investment consulting gig at a global consulting firm (second tier)

Pay, cities, hours are comparable and I'm not too concerned with these anyway. Just the exit opps. Im a current undergrad and this is for fulltime. Any suggestions?

Also my long term goals are not set in stone but I'm pretty sure I don't want to be in PE or banking. Looking at strategy consulting, corp dev, or maybe AM

Investment consulting and corp dev couldn't be more different. Investment consulting can be mildly engaging under the best circumstances. Even though the firm might carry some brand name you will still have a hard time getting into a top b school simply because investment consulting isn't that highly though of. I would take the corp dev job 100/100 times no doubt. Your experience should be pretty good for b school.
