• Spread public and acquisition comparables; adjusted for acquisitions, non-recurring and financial items; calculated relevant multiples, control premiums and implied valuation range
• Forecasted financials for French industrial company; created one-statement DCF model and purchase price matrix
• Created research report on the European teleshopping market; created PIB’s on potential strategic buyers and presented results to VP and associate
• Created Power Point slides and charts for pitch books and processed changes before presentations
I got an offer should I put that on?

I only worked on pitches, no
I only worked on pitches, no live deals. We won one pitch. I was the only analyst working on it. How do you quantify that?

which industry? what
which industry? what valuation models did you use? What values did you come up with?
Ex.
Worked as sole analyst on pitch for semiconductor firm with approx. enterprise value of xxx

Agree with the above, you didn't quantify anything really.
You use the word "created" too much. I'd try to never duplicate your action verbs, there are just too many to choose from. Perhaps "drafted" for the research report.
I'd spell out VP if you have the room on the resume.
Last one doesn't really sit well with me: Of course you processed changes, that's assumed in the creating portion.
Mention the fact that you worked in small teams and interacted daily with senior professionals (if you did).
What was your feedback? Did you receive any accollades? A ranking amongst peers?
