Offered a summer internship position (going into senior year) as an Internal Audit Analyst , (have finance degree). Paid over $24 hourly. How does this job compare, what kind is it, and any ways to move into banking?

How would you compare this job to working for a top Fortune company in finance or working in something relateD?
