Anyone have any idea what the comp structure is like at Google? Big/small bonus? Base pay? Promotion and compensation growth structure? Performance based?

well, i just did. seems it ain't what it was. many say it's become very political and "evil", much less "googlie", pay seems decent-minus, bonuses exist. looking at low six-figures at entry to possible 150k total comp...

Senior Orangutan......
did you get an offer from google or go through there interview process for a financial analyst or product manager position? The reason I ask is because I have a phone interview later this week for a senior finance analyst position and am trying to get an idea of the questions that might get asked.
