Practicing for pre interview Reasoning/Cognitive Assessment
I have applied online with Shell for a finance rotational program. Part of the application is an online cognitive assessment. Have you all run into these in your interviews? Is there a way to prepare for them?

Appreciate the response, but are there any websites you all use with sample cognitive/IQ type tests? I'm not sweating it too much but my course load is light in this final semester and I might as well study for it if I have a week.
