Questions to ask the head of a fund during interviews
What types of questions or topics have you generally found to be helpful to discuss whenever speaking to senior non-investment professionals (COO, CFO, etc) as part of the interview process for analyst/PM seats at a hedge fund, i.e. what led you to better understand whether a fund is a good fit?
Anybody have any suggestions?
