Has anyone used www.dress-for-success.com? Are shirts really $25? Why is the stuff so inexpensive? Is it good quality?

The stuff is inexpensive
The stuff is inexpensive because they are based in Thailand, it might come as a revelation to Americans, but raw material like leather and cotton and such are really cheap in India and rest of Asia, hence leading to cheaper cloth material. So a fine suit that costs you a lot here would be a tenth of the cost there (btw the labor is also cheap, so even the best of tailors won't charge you $1000 or something crazy to just make a custom suit for you).
I haven't used them, but I
I haven't used them, but I would caution against having anybody making you custom-made anything if the maker isn't the one taking the measurements. Too much room for error. I think foreign tailors are an amazing deal if you get the product done on-site.
If you are up for going
If you are up for going abroad and getting stuff for you, then consider going to Italy during early january or june. They have sales on all the brandnames (think Gucci, Armani, D&G, Bulgari, Burberry and on and on), 50-70% off the marked price. Good way to have a break and get the wardrobe you need.

What parts of Italy? Any particular outlets that you recommend? Thanks.

I've heard Milan is the place to go, don't know about the sales though. Cf. http://thesartorialist.blogspot.com/2007_03_01_archive.html#490845252577...
Milan is good to go, but
Milan is good to go, but prices will be steep. Places like the fashion district in Rome and outlet stores between milan and florence are good to visit. Just search for factory outlets in italy on google and you'll get a lot of hits.
