RBC GELP - GLobal Equity Linked Product

Is anyone familiar with RBC's Global Equity Linked Product division? I'm interested in knowing more about what they actually do, the exit opportunities, work/life, comp, and anything that may be helpful in determining whether it's a good path out of grad school.
