Real Estate Investment/ Land Holding Company
I am going to meet with this land holding firm tomorrow. They said right now they are raising fund to develop some land I suppose and asked if I am interested in partnering with them because I have some finance background (I am still a student) and I can speak a foreign language which potentially will help as there are some institutional investors in Asia who might be interested in developing.
How much can I gain from this? Is this kind of experience valuable to IB? I have a lot of work already so if this is not particularly helpful I might not do it. It is also a pretty small regional company.
