I'd change Experience to Work Experience, take the colon out after Expected Spring 2013 (but I would also use your month of graduation here, keep it consistent with your other dates).

Your interests section is a snooze and your skills and interests looks awkwardly placed.

That being said, network and you have a decent chance at MM at the least.

MM IB -> Corporate Development -> Strategic Finance

Straighten out your date margins, so that the dates line up neatly on the right side of the page. It'll drive anyone with OCD crazy.

lonestafferhow can I adjust the dates? Some are month-month and others are just month (for experience that didnt last more than a month)

They are pushed as far right as they can go

If it's already far pushed to the right then its fine. It just looks like it isn't because of the black mark outs above it aren't consistent so it seems like it isn't align. Month-month when it's more than a month (Aug-Sep) and month when its less (just Sep) is the way you should do it so you're fine.

I would change you're expected graduation date to an actual month. Spring would be around December or January right when you finish so just estimate who cares. Consistency looks better.

You got some solid work experience. The only thing that really hesitates me is how do you go from BB ER --> Boutique IB --> MO. If you are really interested in IB you should've continued to get internships in IB and almost go up the chain. But then again, that's just me and so a douche interviewer might ask you and put you on the spot so make sure you have a solid answer.

You are really going to be put to the test since you claim you can build models from scratch so make sure you are really comfortable with this. Like what the above posts says. Your interest are really boring. Sports is to general, list a couple that you really play.
