The end of your internship. I believe, and I'll check, UBS is waiting until September. I also believe BAML is waiting a while. However, the other BBs are not -- most simply gave them out on the Thursday night or Friday of the end of your internship and there's a mini party either on the Friday or the Saturday of. Usually, those with offers go. A sort of congratulation.
