Damn, now THAT is a resume
Damn, now THAT is a resume :o
"Banking - It is what it is"
-fix dates for your boutique
-fix dates for your boutique bank experience
-why is there a blank line before bullet points for energy position?
-knowledge of dreamweaver and html do not belong on a banking resume. you can also probably get rid of your ap scholar with distinction and aime participant. that was in high school and isnt even that impressive
-needs more focus on numbers and results when describing experiences
-"reading books about investment banking" as an interest? no. don't be that guy.
doing math problems? really?

You
You need to clean up the formatting
I'd leave Dreamweaver/HTML, if you have nothing else to put there why not?
I wouldn't take the GPAs out to different decimal places. If you're listing your major GPAs as 4.0, list your cum as 3.7 not 3.71
Why do you have SAT II and not SAT? That is questionable. I've never seen anyone ask for SAT II.
I abhor your section heading font. Not sure where you came up with that idea.
I'd move skills to the bottom
No, the GS experience doesn't stand out. I think you can combine some of your other honors to one line so you can highlight GS more

As people are being
As people are being tough on you already (not that the advice is bad), I have to recommend you redo your entire format from top to bottom. The font definitely needs to be changed - I know people like to be unique, but don't when it comes to font, keep the font smooth and easy to read - every reviewer will thank you. Skills should be the last section. Take out the "/4.0" and round your GPA to 1 decimal. Write out the months in their entirety, don't abbreviate some and not others (Sept vs May, for example). I haven't really looked at the content, but you definitely neet to revamp the entire thing before people will really give much weight to what's actually being said. If people don't want to look at it, and it is full of formatting inconsistencies and bumbled, no one is going to read it well enough to get much out of the content - sorry. Reformat it, rework it, and then repost it - I'm sure you've got some solid content in there, we just need to be able to see it.
